At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products purchased from our store.

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. All sales are final unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method after inspection and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for any items, including sale items, gift cards, custom products, personal care goods, or other non-returnable merchandise.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may still have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
