This handle uses the Bluetooth HID protocol and relies on your phone's built-in Magnification / Zoom Gesture feature. Enable it before pairing:

1. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Magnification (or "Zoom" / "Touch zoom")
2. Turn Magnification ON
3. Exit Settings, enable Bluetooth, and pair with this device

Once set up, all buttons will work normally. If issues persist, contact us for a replacement or refund.
